Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens - Harassments to old aged mother for property rights - Eviction of son and daughter in law.

Constitution of India , 1950 Article 226 Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 Section 5 Harassment to mother by sons and daughter in laws for property rights and claiming share in estate of deceased - Order of eviction of son and daughter in law - Held, senior citizen is aged 65 years - Senior citizens have to be treated with dignity and respect which they deserve - Obligation of children or relative to maintain a senior citizen/parent extends to needs of such a citizen so that senior citizen leads a normal life - Parents should not suffer at fag end of their life, is expectation - Premises do not belong to either son and belongs to mother and father of petitioner and ownership rights of property are with mother - Order of eviction proper  Grant of two months time to vacate premises.
